Are you familiar with the sensational feeling that occurs when you meet people who truly love their jobs and are completely dedicated to giving it their all? They exude a unique charisma that you just can't help but feel a part of.

And when those same people are the ones you are hiring to provide a service – be it a physician, car mechanic, or real estate agent - you feel safe and comfortable in their hands, knowing they are 100% focused on securing the outcome you desire.

That secure feeling is exactly what you experience when Dave and Francie Kipling come into your life to help you downsize and buy or sell a house in Tucson. Chat for just a few minutes with Dave and you'll come away satisfied that you've made the right choice in partnering with the Kipling Team as your Tucson real estate agents.

Long time residents of the southwestern desert, Dave and Francie are “doubly focused” on your real estate goals and serve home buyers and sellers in the Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Saddlebrooke, Sun City-Vistoso, and Sunflower-Continental Ranch areas.

A veteran of the U.S. Army who served in the Vietnam theater from 1968 to 1971, Dave's real estate career spans more than 12 years and includes a philosophy of service directly targeted toward excellence. As he likes to say, “There are two types of class: FIRST Class or NO Class!”

Although the Kipling Team represents home buyers and sellers of all ages in Arizona, they recently sensed the burgeoning need for real estate agents to do a better job of serving an older population.

Seniors and boomers (adults 55+) face a unique and more difficult set of emotional, financial, and logistical challenges when it comes time to sell or purchase a home. To better serve these clients, Dave and Francie embarked on a journey of continuing education, earning the designation of Certified Senior Housing Professionals from The Seniors Real Estate Institute, a prestigious course of training and ongoing education that includes a rigorous vetting process for any real estate agent who applies.

“We train our Certified Senior Housing Professionals – like Francie and Dave – to be friends, advisers, and business partners with their clients while they navigate the complexities of downsizing,” says Nikki Buckelew, founder and president of The Seniors Real Estate Institute.

The Kipling Team's strategy is to customize a plan for seniors that takes into account their current living situation and overall life plan. Whether an individual or couple is considering a move from a family home to a smaller residence or senior living community, they work to provide the family with a variety of options to reduce stress and out-of-pocket expenses.

"As a baby boomer myself, I have helped my parents downsize and make the transition from their homes to senior living communities," says Dave. "Because of my own personal experiences, I can empathize with the challenges families face when making this life changing move. That is why helping seniors and their families with this transition has become a passion in my real estate business."
